It’s true that not many YouTubers have Tarte e/s. I wanted to get something different though.
I have this palette and love it. The eyeliners don’t smudge on me. I guess it all depends on the person and what kind of skin they have. Sephora has a new vanity set and I’m expecting it to arrive tomorrow. Can’t wait! Thanks for reviewing this item. Not enough people have reviewed Tarte.
