oh, that would require a whole book … But I think the top way of wearing clothes is wearing anything, cheap or expensive in a way that noone will guess where you got it, and whether it’s really expensive or not … I would say that the key sentence would be » Assume what you wear, and keep the mystery « .
Quite simple. A few years ago Paris was THE capitale for fashion but now things have changed i would say. They wear simple clothes quite sad if you ask me, a lot less extravagant than in London and i think that people care less about looking like a celeb. They wera what they fancy and what would be more practical to go to work.
Plus the question is quite vague really since the population is so big. I think people also wear different style of clothes depending on their age group.
Easiest way to find out is to go there and see for yourself. I prefer London but thats my own view. I never liked Paris so much.
