i dont think thats rachel echelberger… if you mean the one that was a contestant in ANTM cycle 13. THey do look remarkably alike, although rachel has larger eyes, and thicker eyebrows, but you never know, it could be her. It just doesnt seem to make sense for it to be her simply because this is paris fashion week 2008 for valentino, and rachel echelberger did not have any modeling experience prior to entering ANTM, and if she did, she probably didn’t get it in Paris,
