The sound recording comes from recently discovered audio tapes she dictated whilst writing her biography in the mid 1960′s. Agatha Christie’s first novel The Mysterious Affair at Styles was published in 1920 and introduced the long-running character detective Hercule Poirot, who appeared in 33 of Christie’s novels and 54 short stories.. I just can’t get enough of her books! I don’t want to read any other crime/murder books than what Agatha Christie has written – I’ve tried, but with no success! I love Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot
I wish Mrs. Christie would’ve written more books! She’s just simply the best!
i love you agatha im a big fan!
I just put down her autobiography, and you-tubed her to see if there was anything —and I get this! How wonderful. Her autobiography is fascinating and I can’t get over how intelligent and how very nice she is. A real page-turner.
